The OpusWorks® Go 4 It four step problem-solving framework incorporates time proven Lean tools like A-3, Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Eight Wastes, Error Proofing and many others into an Identify It, Dig Into It, Fix It and Track It framework. OpusWorks’® time-proven and highly interactive e-Learning modules teach the fundamentals followed by weekly virtual classroom sessions to engage with our world class instructors, and collaborate with fellow students with hands-on exercises to reinforce and practice their newly learned problem-solving skills.

Problem Solving Essentials VIRTUAL CLASSROOM DESCRIPTION

This class requires between 1 and 2 hours per week of independent, self-paced e-Learning each week for 4 weeks, with live 90-minute virtual sessions each week to reinforce and practice what was learned in the e-Learning.
